Return policy

Customer satisfaction would be our first priority.  If you doesn't like the merchandises you bought from our store, you can return the merchandises to our store for a full refund but the shipping cost would not be refunded due to the cost has already been used and paid to the third party.   Our return policy lasts 30 days.   If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Skin care and beauty items are subject to returnable items due to hygienic concern.

*To complete your return, you would require to fill in a "return merchandise form" and attach together with the return goods in order for us to correctly determine which order and customer the return merchandise belongs to.


Conditions that return merchandises would not be accepted:
- Please do not send back your purchase back to the original address which has been sent to you.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or item has been returned more than 30 days.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment around 10 - 18 business working days depending on your credit card or bank processing time.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and credit card again.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve checked with your credit card and bank and the refund still has not credited into your credit card or bank after more than 18 business working days, please contact us at

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you locate, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over USD $500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
